Cook one large yam and one potato. Peel. Puree and add 3 tbsp Smart Balance, egg replacer for 2 eggs and clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and 4 tbsp brown sugar. Turn ouit into baking pan and smooth top- sprinkle with chopped pecans and more smart balance- bake 40 minutes.
Great as a side dish or for holidays.
